These Garlic Green Geans are on weekly rotation at our house and get devoured on spot every single time! If your kids are tired of traditional cooked green beans I highly recommend giving these a try. Recently we went to a restaurant and I ordered the kids a side of green beans and my four year old declared she only liked mommy’s green beans at home! It made me feel pretty good about these and made me want to share with other mamas! They pair perfectly with the Almond, Cashew, Chia Crusted Chicken Tenders which are also on the blog! They make the perfect side dish or even the perfect snack. I just set them on a large plate like pictured in the middle of the table and everyone grabs their own, and trust me they go fast so you better hurry! 



  • 12oz bag organic haricots verts green beans
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder(or more if desired)
  • 1/2 tsp himalayan salt
  • 1 tbsp grass-fed butter


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line baking tray with parchment paper. Place all green beans on parchment paper and toss with avocado oil and add seasonings on top. 
  2. Roast in oven for 15 minutes until they look a little crispy. Remove from oven and add 1 tbsp butter and toss all green beans so they get buttery. 
  3. Serve immediately.
